INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Customers buying from outside of the UK are wholly responsible for all import charges in the country of delivery. These include, but are not limited to, Import Duty, VAT, Admin Fees, Customs Charges. I can often offer reduced international shipping rates and special rates for bulky items. Please contact info@hubjub.co.uk for further details.
For some countries orders are sent Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) and additional fees will be due to customs in the destination country prior to delivery.
Some countries now require orders to be sent Postal Deliveries Duties Paid (PDDP). If this is the case Hubjub will contact you to request payment prior to dispatch.

The Rules
You must contact us within 30 days of your purchase
The product must be in perfect condition and not fitted or used
Sadly we cant pay for the postage costs so you will have to pay postage but once the product is received you will receive a refund of the item price excluding postage charges.
