The NR-21 is intended to provide bag support on 26" wheeled bikes with cantilever or V-mounts - especially handy for riders of shorter stature whose seat post may not hoist the bag sufficiently to prevent rubbing on the tyre. It is perfect for a trusty school rough-stuff tourer. Made of tubular steel for an unbeatable strength to weight ratio this is not only functional but beautiful. Includes canti stud mounting bolts (the little bag attached in the picture).
