The Noodle, part number Model 177 (M177). Sizes 400 - 440 mm are nicely polished aluminium. The rarer 460 and 480 mm Noodles are heat-treated to cope with the extra leverage, which cranks the price up a fair bit... Most common size is the 44cm noodle.

Regardless of the length variant you pick, the Noodle is probably the ultimate touring handlebar with back-curved top and a shallow, comfortable angle on the ramps and drops.
