One off wheelset handbuilt with retro Mavic T221 clincher wheel rims

Rims are 17 x 622 for 700C clincher tyres. They are drilled for Presta valves and suitable for use with rim brakes. They do have some storage marks but have never previously been built up into wheels. Most marks should polish up with no problem. External rim width is approx. 22mm and ideal tyre width is 24 - 35mm. 
NOS Ambrosio hubs are traditional large flange with elegant cutouts and have 100mm front and 120mm rear OLD.
