News, sadly. Enough to cold-start the Blog after a few weeks of other stuff. Gary Boulanger dropped in a note to say that he's winding up Gaansari. He'd not been able to generate sufficient sales to pursue his plans for expansion, and so wound up in good order having made sure that everyone got paid. (Sound chap.) More here. Gary is taking his family back to Marin where we wish him all good fortune in his new venture. The practical fallout for us is pretty minimal: we have the last set of 135mm GoldenBoy hubs in the western world to sell off, and we have to figure out how to handle the demise of the Gaansari / Mercian Scorcher project. Sure we'll think of something.

About Bareknuckles. Nothing earthshattering: just that we've sold most of our 56cms already, and that we won't be able to restock that size for a while. If you want one, drop us a line quick. We've opened up an account with DHL, which makes transporting large items into Europe less of a problem than it used to be.

You may need to do a forced refresh on your browser to see 'em (we're working on that) but we now have MKS chaintugs, Surly Tuggnuts and Jethros, EAI Bareknuckles, and tracknuts. Still no bigger 1/8" EAI cogs, but watch this space...
